It’s all in the details…the indoor sauna at the High Desert Hideout is one of our favorite parts of this new custom home!

We are delighted that the Tetherow Overlook Residence is featured on the cover and in a 12-page spread of Luxe Magazine titled “Made in Place”.

The home is truly an ode to the surrounding high desert landscape, with endless views from the home’s floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful wood and stone finishes that complement the outdoor environment.

We are excited to announce that we recently broke ground on the Kiku Residence! This captivating home in the high desert was designed by local architect, Olin Architecture. Please welcome Mike Prochaska to KN Visions! Mike Prochaska joins KNV as a Project Manager. He is a true PNW native with a versatile career as a Project Manager, Superintendent, and Engineer, who loves to bring complex, high-end, and meaningful designs to life. Mike’s experience started with hand-digging footings and foundations for homes and has evolved to include construction management in university buildings, boutique hotels, symphony halls, office buildings, and condo penthouses; civil engineering design and drafting; gaming console design and engineering; and independent property management. He thrives on teamwork and collaboration based on the goal of navigating projects with the best interests of all at heart.

As KN Visions continues to grow, so does our team! We recently welcomed new employees to KNV and we are so excited to have them on board.

Today, we’d like to introduce Project Superintendent, Ken Henry. Ken has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. Early on in his career, he spent several years mastering finish carpentry and cabinet building before owning his own business and has most recently gained experience as VP of Construction for a private developer in Southern California and Project Manager for a custom home building company. We are thrilled to have Ken join KN Visions.

As KN Visions continues to grow, so does our team! We recently welcomed new employees to KNV and we are so excited to have them on board. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing each of these new team members.

Today, we’d like to introduce Project Manager, Elise Bartow. Elise joins KN Visions with two decades in multidisciplinary project management. Her experience ranges from residential, to hospitality, to consumer and retail exhibitions. A native to central Oregon, she returned to Bend after managing projects across the United States including Portland, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. She has a true passion for construction and great design and feels right at home at KN Visions.

The High Desert Residence’s patio offers the perfect space for outdoor relaxation and taking in the Central Oregon views. The clearstory windows also allow the residents to feel connected to the exterior from the comfort of the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

This week, KN Visions is proud to participate in National Construction Safety Week and Safety Break for Oregon. Safety and quality are the cornerstones of KN Visions. Our participation in Construction Safety Week is a testament to our commitment to uphold safety standards and protect our team, all while providing excellent service to our clients.

Across our entire company, job sites are hosting daily toolbox talks and having conversations around the importance of maintaining a safe place to work to ensure we all make it home safe every day. We strongly believe in this year’s theme: “Value Every Voice” and encourage everyone to speak up and take accountability when it comes to safety.

First, we’d like to introduce Project Engineer, Sebastian Rico. Sebastian began his career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant for a general contractor on the island of Maui, Hawaii before working his way up to the roles of Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager. Over the years, he gained experience in residential construction where he developed a strong passion for building homes, connecting with everyone involved in the project, and the ability to continuously grow his skillset.
