I haven’t posted in a bit, been too busy kicking ass in the shop. But yesterday I got numerous messages regarding a jersey that published yesterday from another shop. I work with friends and creative minds to always come up with original designs and elements. From the creation of the original Hub logo that was created from an artist that works at RVCA clothing, to our latest Hub Squad jersey that was designed from scratch with a close friend. Over the years we have created jerseys and t-shirts that starts with an idea, many sketches and digital artwork renderings, then we pick out the right Pantone colors and deliver originals. We create, we don’t duplicate.

Welcome our newest member Ruby, aka Shop Dog 🐶

Today is the day! Nukeproof Bike Demo taking place at Phil’s Trailhead. Come talk bikes and get a chance to demo some Nukeproof models. They will be at the trailhead from noon into the evening. Bikes include Reactor, Scout, Mega and the Giga. Hope to see you out there.

Each year I build a new bike and this year I wanted a whip that could be bike park worthy and have fun on some more rowdy trails. The Nukeproof Giga 297 was the weapon of choice. 29er up from with a Zeb Ultimate 180mm and mullet in back, 27.5 with matching 180mm rear wheel travel. Maxxis tires rolling on Industry Nine Hydra wheels with 5dev cranks and the new Title Connect pedal gripping the feet. SDG Bel Air saddle has been my saddle of choice for life. Title stem and bars handle the control center with Hope Tech 4 controlling the brakes. Let the party Laps begin 🤘🏻

10 Years! 10 years ago today The Hub Cyclery opened its doors and today we celebrate every customer, our loyal bike brands, friends and family that have made this dream a continued reality. I’ve always said you don’t get into the bike business to get rich, you do it out of the love for the sport, the community it embraces, the friendships you build and that itself is priceless. The ultimate beer bike/ single speed shred sled 🍻. Every year I do a one of kind custom build. This project started around a Reeb Klunker Hooptie frame and Reeb Crowler Handlebar. Being the frame is handmade in Colorado I really wanted to use as many USA manufactured parts as possible. Paul Components was the obvious choice for hubs, stem, seatpost along with White Industries Cranks, bottom bracket and headset. To round out the wheels we hand laced Velocity USA rims with matching blue ni***es. A bit of old school mountain bike mixed with a bit of old school BMX flavor made for a dream build.

Time to start spreading the good word, we are moving in a couple weeks to our new home within The Century Center!!! Downtown has been good to us over almost 9 years but time for the next chapter. The Century Center is already home to many of the greats and we are thrilled to join the group. We are still operating downtown for a couple more weeks and looking to crack the doors and roll up the garage door first of April. Stay tuned for exact dates. Can’t wait to share the new space with you all!!! And there is plenty of parking 🚐👍🏻

We’ve all been waiting patiently, we all knew it was coming, but today is the release of the Revel Rail 29er!!!!! 155mm travel, ISCG-05 Tabs, Bigger Bearings, Universal Derailleur Hanger and much more. Available in different build packages, Frame only option and Lead King or Shred Velvet Cake color options.

Another Why Cycles El Jefe Beauty. After our customer saw our turquoise anodized build he wanted the exact build in purple anodized and his size, XL. With a 67.5 head angle using a 120mm front fork, this bike is fast, fun, smooth and light. Perfect for our local and all trail systems. **kyeahhardtail

As we head into the final countdown and arrival of 2022 ,I can't thank everyone enough for an amazing year! Despite current inventory challenges the industry throws at us, the patience and understanding from customers made for an awesome 2021.
