Stella and I sat in the woods recently and identified lots of plants, mostly Spring flowers en bloom, growing on the other side of The Ochoco Mountains. It was heavenly.

Lupin, red columbine, wild rose, peavine, yarrow, balsamroot, prairie smoke, strawberries, poppies, paintbrush, flax, Oregon grape, skunk cabbage, bachelor button, sulphurflower buckwheat, wild iris and my childhood favorite, tufted vetch. ✨

I like some projects more than others. ✨

Here’s a fun Find that sold before we could unload her into the shop: a wooden pouf! Found covered in glue and glitter, restored by a lot of sanding, cracks filled with an ebony putty and a luxurious mahogany stain all around. Stella was there for the whole process — my shadow love. 🖤🤎💛
