In Central Oregon, Cascades East Transit provides bus service to Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson Counties.

๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ง: Hawthorne Station will close early at 3pm on Monday and Tuesday, July 22-23 due to construction. The lobby may close earlier depending on conditions.
Did you know that all CET buses have front bike racks to combo your bus and bike trips? If you are driving, be sure to yield to the bus when it stops and be on the lookout for passengers loading and unloading bikes. Please only pass riders if you can give them safe passage. Oregon Department of Transportation safety messages are displayed on CET buses in partnership with the Bend Metropolitan Planning Organization to help improve the safety of all road users in Central Oregon.

We are excited to join Cascades East Transit (CET) for their Transit to Trails Free Ride Day on Friday, July 26th. Shuttle rides to take your bike from Bend to Mt. Bachelor (and the trailheads between) will be free all day. Come check it out and grab some brunch at the Mt. Bachelor Park & Ride pick up location on Columbia Street from 8:30-10AM.
Public transit is an important part of a sustainable, community-serving transportation system. Getting folks where they need and want to be without relying on a personal vehicle has positive impacts on our climate, roadways, and health! The Transit to Trails program is a wonderful way for folks in Bend to recreate without the need for a personal vehicle. You'll save money and possibly meet new friends!

New Redmond bus routes cater to elderly and disabled, makes quick loops through town Cascade East Transit launched two free bus routes in Redmond a month ago, but riders donโt seem to know much about it.
CET now serves the ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ with our new bus routes! Ride ๐ฅ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ weekdays from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Catch the bus where you'd normally find taxis and shuttles at the airport.

Please remember Route 25 service between Redmond and Crooked River Ranch now runs on Tuesdays and Fridays only. This service modification provides a more efficient service, while still providing free transportation access to Redmond two days per week. Darlene 3 Fire races across 250 acres SE of La Pine; Level 3 'GO NOW, campground evacuations; Level 2 elsewhere - KTVZ A wildfire broke out Tuesday afternoon near Darlene Way on the southeast outskirts of La Pine and grew to 250 acres by in less than three hours, prompting a call-out of regional firefighters, an expanded Level 3 GO NOW evacuation alert and a Level 2 BE SET in surrounding areas.
