SIPS presents an exclusive private label specially curated in collaboration with Savage & Cooke. This masterful bourbon was created right on Mare Island. Using ingredients grown in Solano county, hand selected wine barrels from Dave Phinney’s collection, and careful craftsmanship. Finished off in three casks; Grenache, Zinfandel, & Cabernet Sauvignon. Master distiller Jeff Duckhorn did an outstanding job on this!!! This expression only exists here at SIPS. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in an old fashion. 🥃 cheers!
