I wanted to post this but life got busy -

A few weeks ago I went to Times Square for the first time ever! Of course once I seen we were near Carlos’ bakery i made it a point we have to go in!
Growing up I LOVED cake boss, i would always say “one day I’ll make cakes” and as I got older and life got rougher the thought of being a baker was truly in the back of my mind. Then during covid I’d watch a ton of sugar cookie videos like it was soothing to me. Now over a year and a half ago I stumbled across more videos and I said “I can do this” and I did LITERALLY that. The next week I started icing sugar cookies. Did I think Id actually grow to love it? No I honestly thought it would be a little side hustle at most! But the more I did it the more I loved it, and even now, every order I do, I love what I do EVEN MORE! I took the leap a few months ago to dig into cakes like I’ve always dreamed of one day doing. And practice makes perfect but I put my heart and soul into every order with cakes, cookie cakes, cookies, new flavors etc!! From late nights and early mornings, it’s a passion I’ve refound and strive for.

Being inside Carlos’ bakery made me remember why I started what I do in the beginning. It was like “wow I did it” although I’m not as far as I’d like to be, I’m a lot further than I ever expected to be. As 44 delights grows everyday I thank each and everyone of you for trusting me, ordering from Me, supporting me, and down right loving me and my business. I won’t ever say I’m a small business because I truly believe one day I won’t be just that! And this was the extra motivation I needed!
