I've had my license for well over a year now, and I have done nothing with it, purposely. I'm partnered up with the most successful team at Keller Williams, and I work daily with a longtime-friend of over 20 years, mentor, father figure, and now business partner, who has 30+ years experience in The Real Estate industry.
Three years ago I called him when I was unhappy with my current work situation. He said very simply, "Get your Real Estate License, and call me when you have it". I signed up for classes that day, completed the courses, passed my test, received my license and made the call.

As a single Father my number 1 priority was being able to provide for my family. At the time I wasn't able to dedicate the time needed to successfully begin my Real Estate career. The thought of starting this new chapter with "one foot in" was not an option. I set a personal goal of reaching a point both professionally and financially by the start of 2022 where I could confidently dedicate enough time, with the help of my partners, to get this life-long goal of practicing Real Estate off the ground...and here we are...
