Today, we are excited to recognize and congratulate Jim Leisen on his 50th anniversary with Midwest Machinery!

Jim is responsible for delivering all of our lawn and garden equipment for service and sales. He began his journey as a setup technician back when Luehums Equipment was the John Deere dealer, located in downtown St. Charles.

With decades of experience under his belt, Jim is a versatile team member, often stepping in to assist with both sales and service. His commitment to going above and beyond for customers is legendary—whether it’s giving medicine to a customer’s dog or tightening a retaining wall support. Jim always brings a cheerful attitude to everything he does.

In his personal life, Jim enjoys discovering new restaurants with his wife and friends, sometimes traveling for hours just to try an exciting new spot. He’s also an avid card player.

Jim’s favorite John Deere tractors are the vintage models, having grown up with the classic A’s and B’s.

Today, we are excited to recognize and congratulate Deanna Hanson on her 35th anniversary with Midwest Machinery!

As the Central Warranty Administrator, Deanna oversees all day-to-day warranty operations, collaborating closely with warranty processors, Midwest service managers, and John Deere's customer service manager. Throughout her tenure, Deanna has excelled in various roles, including accounting, service administration, and service management.

Deanna consistently goes above and beyond for the MMC Service Managers, even organizing an annual camping weekend that has been a cherished tradition for 13 years.

Outside of work, Deanna enjoys spending time at her camper in northern Minnesota and caring for her three grandsons.

Marv Hoffman, Tiffany Holmquist, Bryce Nathe, and Kevin Boeddeker highlighted career opportunities in service, sales, parts, precision farming, as well as corporate and administrative roles at all Midwest locations.

CareerONE/Career Solutions is a summer program that offers employability skills training for teens aged 14-17.

We're having a fantastic time at the Wright County Fair - Howard Lake, Minnesota. The combine derby, bull riding, and a variety of food options are incredible, and it's wonderful to see our customers.
