In honor of Boy Scouts of America 114th Anniversary, we are proud to announce that Valley Public Safety Supply is now carrying scouting equipment. All these items and more can be found inside our store in Bentleyville.
We have always been advocates for scouting, as scouting prepares young people to make moral and ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Unfortunately, the nearest location to purchase scouting materials is either Glassport, Johnstown, or downtown Pittsburgh. We want to help and encourage our local families by dedicating space in our store with the essentials for scouting. Other items can be ordered, and we will add stock items to support scouting activities as they come up.

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) provides the nation’s foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training, which helps young people be “Prepared. For Life.®” The Scouting organization is composed of more than 1 million youth members between the ages of 5 and 21 and more than 628,000 volunteers in local councils throughout the United States and its territories.
Since its inception in 1910, more than 130 million young men and women have participated in the BSA’s youth programs. More than 35 million adult volunteers have helped carry out the BSA’s mission.
BSA programs are divided by age and activity: Cub Scouting is for boys and girls in kindergarten through 5th grade, Scouts BSA is open to young men and young women in grades 6 through 12, and co-ed Venturing and Sea Scouting are available for young men and young women age 14 through 20. The BSA also offers career-oriented co-ed Exploring programs to youth age 10 through 20.
Traditional Scouting programs are operated by local chartering organizations, such as religious institutions, clubs, civic associations, and educational organizations, which implement the Scouting program for youth within their communities. These units are led entirely by volunteers appointed by the chartering organization, who are supported by local councils using both volunteers and paid professional staff.
Any child who may be interested in scouting and purchasing items may present a financial challenge, please let us know. We would be happy to sponsor a child through their scouting years.

These dolls are from the Triple F Foundation which is a foundation that directly helps female firefighters who are battling occupational cancers and on the job injuires. A portion of the proceeds of each sale go back to this foundation!

Welcome to our new business, Valley Public Safety Supply.
The new business will share shelf space with Valley Hardware in Bentleyville PA. A section of the store will be designated for safety equipment and supplies that our first responders use most often. There are very few stores where first responders can walk in to replenish supplies or damaged equipment. Our goal is to provide this outlet for our responders and maintain competitive pricing. Although this area will be designated to our responders, anyone can purchase items for home and vehicle safety.
We will also provide items for construction safety, such as: traffic control devices, personal protective equipment, and safety supplies.
