This is a pretty fun one.. Complete Subfloor replacement, Phase 1 demo.

Since I'm so bad about posting project pics, maybe I'll hire a fb manager one day. For now, I'll add a few things we been working on lately.

Starting with this minor metal/vinyl repair for P.A.T.S on Stonecreek Health & Rehabilitation facility.

There's a bit more I myself would prefer to do. However, Cabin #7 of Hickory Hill Resort, has been completed to the client's request and satisfaction. We had left off there last time with the ceiling kinda "up in the air" and wall coverings starting to go on. Wasn't big on the talk of paneling or layout at first, but this one was a bit of a suprise, even for me.

Been meaning to take fb's advice the past couple days, because it's been a while since I've posted... i guess as good of day as any to do so would be the company's 2nd anniversary. That being said, now maybe I'll get a few of our recently completed projects posted. I believe I'll start with one of our most pleasant repeat clients to work for and their fun projects they have entrusted in our company. Before I get back to where we left off, I would like to thank Robb Kephart & Leigh Ann Kephart for all their faith, encouragement, trust, and prayers in and for the ASAW family over the past 2 years, you guys have been GREAT! Thank You!!!

And now to see if I was able get them the arch opening they were looking for and how close we can get to the "mark"...

Also finally got more pens and employees shirts..

The plumber and electrician have done their thing. Now back to Kephart's to get a bit further along..

What's new and exciting with Hickory Hill!?!?

So, just as I thought I was doing good last week getting things on schedule for walls to be framed and handed to electrician... suprise!

Even with a "somewhat" early day, I still couldn't make it before 8p.. oh well, time for some updates..

Not where I wanna be, but getting there with Mrs. Ladonna Boaz's roof.

It took a good days work, but I was able to get Kephart electrician and plumber ready...

Today's adventures at The Kephart's.. Got 1st wall up and ½ of the closet demo'd ready for the new back wall. Can't wait til my dumpster gets there, Monday. I might have it ready for plumber and electrician by Monday since i have to back to Frederick's Tues. And they are scheduled for Wednesday (we will need to be in Louisville). But should be able to knock out Garland's siding repair tomorrow. 🥳

Another Great day here at ASAW.. A bit more demo/planning/materials for Kephart, turned in a decent roof/ fascia/soffit bid for Newton, got material order ready for another kitchen/Bath remodel (with subfloor repairs) for Fredrick and picked up another bid for some work on a dock store sometime in near future. Guess ill have to pick up Garlands siding order tomorrow. Then came home to my next round of advertising/uniforms have arrived today. Now just waiting on more employee shirt and some new pens. If only people weren't so scared of hard work or expect every job to be a "cake job".. 🤦‍♂️

Yes, we are still hiring, back to 3 needed. 2 well verified carpenters and an experience laborer. Must be able to read a tape, not afraid to get dirty or of hard work and have the ability to work alone. For all other candidate requirements see help wanted listing on our company page.

Got started with some demo for Robb & Leigh Ann Kephart's bathroom remodel today.

Material finally came in and some good weather to work in, time to get this roof repaired for Power Truss Inc.
