It is September 1st and that means it is time to release my Fall menu! The ever popular S’mores Brownies and Caramel Apple flavored items are back to order. I have also released some new fall macaron flavors that will only be available during fall months. This menu is also available to order off of my Bakesy right now if you would like to order that way!

Most of y’all know that I also love cooking along with baking. Today, I wanted to share what I made for dinner! It is something that I have always wanted to try and finally got the time to do it. Cajun seafood boil😍

Macaron cake that went out today!😍 This one is black chocolate macaron shell with marshmallow buttercream filled with my homemade strawberry jam and dark chocolate ganache.

Taking today to practice other macaron shapes! That means testing out many batches until I can get the shape perfect. Today I practiced hearts and egg shapes. I believe I have the shapes down now to work on my recipe to make the macaron perfect on the outside! 😊

I am so looking forward to start offering the hearts on Valentines Day and Eggs on Easter. My goal is to have at least 5 shapes mastered by Christmas of next year.😃

I wanted to do a quick recap of my time at the Kentucky Punk Rock Flea Market. This was the funnest event I have ever done and I am already super excited about attending again next year! I wanted to thank everyone who came to my booth, bought something, or just wanted to come over to share their support. I had the best time meeting everyone and getting to know the other vendors. I can’t wait to start planning my menu for next years event!😊

Also noted, I will absolutely bring more macarons and s’mores brownies next time!😁

I’ve got a confession to make, I’ve never had biscuits with chocolate gravy….
I know shocking right?! I was raised in southeastern KY all my life and just never tried it.

Today that changed though! Used my great grandmas drop biscuit recipe and made chocolate gravy to go with. So delicious😍
