This Wednesday, Sept. 4, I hope you will join us for what we hope begins our Student Support and Healing Group for those who have been hurt or traumatized by Christianity or other religious, even secular, communities. We at Union Church want to be a safe space for you and your friends, roommates, fellow students, co-workers, etc. We are here to welcome and listen as we seek better ways/paths of spirituality that bring people of diverse backgrounds and struggles, different faith and cultural experiences, different sexual orientations or gender identities, and different races together for mutual support and understanding.
