Hope everyone made it through the storm okay. WAGS offices are closed today. Lol. Phone is at 13% & internet is down. Sitting in the car catching a charge. Catch up with ya tomorrow. 😉

Stop #2 on the train takes us to Dermatology for Animals - Akron where we're hoping to FINALLY get an answer on Murray and Otis's skin conditions which have led us to require specialized care. The itching, balding, yeast, and...green stuff 😝(the pics do not do it justice)...have been a battle we've been treating since APRIL! Tried a bunch if drugs, skin scrapes, allergy tests. As soon as we think they're getting better - not so much. These boys are SO SMART!

Up side: We're in the best hands possible. They are confident that they can find a solution and help us get these babies ready for service!

Downside: The bills. Even at 20% off - we passed "estimated 2024 vet budget" about a mile back down the road.

As you know - everything we do every day is in service to our dogs (and ultimately our kids) in the most loving and fiscally responsible way possible.

I say this to tell you - you matter.

Thank you to all of our friends who have supported WAGS 4 Kids up until this point. Murray thanks you too. We would not be able to seek/continue this kind of treatment without you. Thank you for your love, prayers, good vibes - it's all felt & appreciated!

Saturday's 20th Anniversary Family Reunion was pawfect! The day was built for family time and BBQ (donated by Pink Piggy BBQ) For the first time in years families, friends & staff came together to have fun and connect. New friendships were made and playdates scheduled for humans and pups. Teens chatted and connected while kids ran, sqeeled and played. Amidst the laughter and playfulness, we found strength in our community and fostered meaningful conversations, reminding us that family is not just about blood ties, but about the love and support we give each other. Oh - Don't forget the class of 2024 WAGS 4 Kids Dog Pic. 💕 For one day we really were "a family of families". Thank you for 20 years. With your love, faith & support there is no stopping us from adopting more amazing kids and families to our family tree. We can't wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for an unforgettable day!
