•Bachelors degree in exercise science and nutrition
with minors in sports medicine & biology

•Certifications:
•CNS (certified nutrition specialist)
•CPT (certified personal trainer)
•CSCS (strength & conditioning coach)

•2+ years of experience working with athletes at sports facilities
•1 yr experience on my own as a personal trainer

At Counterpunch Boxing, we specialize in personalized one-on-one boxing training and boxing group classes. Sparring is also available upon request. All skill levels are welcome. We train everybody like competitive boxers, whether you are in it for fun, fitness or fighting. We will even train you to be a boxing trainer, if interested.

Counterpunch Chapter #1: The Logo

3 weeks ago when I first got the idea to start a company, the first things I knew were my motivation, logo idea and the song that defined how I’ve felt through this journey. So when Alan King told me the logo was close, I googled ‘how to put music over a picture’ and put this together. The song is called Condemned by In Flames.

Alan designed the logo and I absolutely love it, it’s 100% what I had in my head. I had this exact combo envisioned with this exact font. I wanted the cleanest and most metal 🤘 logo there is. I wanted something that would look good enough on apparel that clients would want to wear it on a regular.

This logo means everything to me because it’s the first bit of some kind of ownership I’ve ever felt, and Alan totally brought it home. He owns ‘Down The Street Studios’ and if you go to kingsgymohio.com you’ll see in the videos section all of the incredible work he also does as a videographer. Reach out to him for pretty much anything creative. I can’t wait to keep working with him on the other ideas we’ve already got going.

You can purchase any of our merchandise at Only In Clev in West Park across from Kamms Corner. Our logo can be put on anything they offer in house, from shirts, hoodies, pants, hats, mugs, etc. Our first T-shirt concept is being worked on currently too.

Absolutely everything this company is has deeper meaning. One example is that because I struggle to comprehend books, there’s going to be chapters. This will be my own book that I help write and fully comprehend. Here’s the rest of our team
