If you know panettone you know it is a labor intensive and painstaking process. The "mother yeast" gives the bread it's irreplaceable texture and sweet, tangy flavor. There are limited quantities so once they're gone they're gone. First come first served. No saves please. $3.00 each.

Good afternoon farm store friends. As we count down to the end of the semester the farm store will have some tasty stews and soups to go along with all our regular grab and go staples. The bakery team will still be churning out warm breads and tasty sweet treats through Friday.

We're still open 12-6 Tuesday through Friday of this week.

People often mistake our oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookies for oatmeal raisin, then they find themselves mildly disappointed when they learn the truth! If you’re one of those people, this week’s Cookie of the Week is for you! Mary’s rum oatmeal raisin cookies will be available this week ONLY! Get one while you can!

For all our chocolate and coffee lovers, we have the perfect cake for you! Amanda’s chocolate espresso cake will be available when we open today at noon.

Happy Monday, y'all! It's going to be cold this week, so we're making plenty of soup to fill your stomachs and leave you feeling warm and cozy! Our kitchen crew is serving up a delicious creamy turkey noodle soup. It's so good you won't even think of those nostalgic noodle soup commercials while eating it! If you're tired of turkey, don't fret. We'll also have a vegan curry squash soup that will make your tastebuds do the happy dance.

Our bakers are making plenty of treats using your favorite fall and winter flavors. Vegan cinnamon roll cake, pecan pie muffins, gingerbread cake, and more will be available throughout the week! Check out the attached menu for more info on our weekly baked goods.

We received so much positive feedback on our chocolate stout cake last week that we made it again! Bekah baked the sponge and Sophia did the decorating. These two bakers did a fantastic job!

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, the Farm Store will be closed from Wednesday the 22nd to Monday the 27th. We’ll be open on Tuesday, November 21st, during our regular hours of 12pm to 6pm.

Don’t let the holiday season catch you by surprise and leave you scrambling at the grocery store! We have BC farm-raised turkeys, chickens, and eggs, BC greenhouse greens like lettuce, kale, and spinach, and other locally grown/raised groceries in stock! Some of our greens are even 50% off right now 😉

Turkeys are here and available at the farm store. Sizes vary from 8.5lbs to 14.5lbs. The money generated from turkey sales goes directly to support the agriculture program at Berea College.

You've been asking for barbecue, so we're bringing it back! This week, we're having barbecue pulled pork sandwiches with baked beans and chips for $12. If pork isn't your style, we're having vegan mushroom and barley soup again this week. Everyone loved it so much that we figured we'd keep it around a bit longer!

Today’s the last day to try our Rye Cranberry Poppyseed COTW cookie! If you like desserts that are subtly sweet and have a bit of tartness to contrast the sweet, then this cookie is perfect for you! We have a limited amount so be sure to try them before it’s too late!

Chocolate peanut butter cupcakes, vegan oatmeal cream pies, and vegan lemon olive oil cake. We’ve already sold out of the vegan oatmeal cream pies! We love the enthusiasm everyone has had about them!

Happy Monday, everyone! We're keeping it simple this week by offering two delicious soups: Sophie's sweet potato, sausage, white bean soup, and a vegan mushroom barley soup. If you think Sophie's ranch is amazing, just wait until you try her soup! It'll knock your socks off!

We also have a great line-up of specialty breads coming out of the bakery this week: dill and cheddar sourdough, oatmeal cinnamon raisin bread, and sesame seed miso sourdough.
