This Is Us--YES Conference - Church On The Rock YES conference for women! Come for the full day and enjoy discussions, teachings, and even a little shopping to go with an amazing time of fellowship! This portion does have a cost attached but the evening is free as always!

Registration for our October 19th event starts tomorrow.

There will be ladies after each church service to help you with registration. You can also download the church center app and register first thing in the morning 😉

The first 50 paid registered ladies will receive a super cute TIU tote for free the day of the event. There is a 150 person limit to the day event, so register early!

COTR Ladies! Registration is HERE!!

Beginning this Sunday you can register for our Oct 19th event. This event starts at 1230pm for teaching, fellowship, shopping, and dinner. Then we end the night with a worship and ministry event.

Registration is $35 and includes dinner and a t-shirt to be given out that day. We will have a QR code on Sunday as well as tables set up after service to get you registered. We will be able to accept checks and credit cards.

The first 50 paid registered women will receive this FREE TIU tote on the day of the event!

Register this weekend and get ready to say YES to what God has in store for YOU!

What a powerful message this morning! What did you take away from it?

Clear the way!
Pastor preached a phenomenal message this morning and Sis Dana spoke to the women of the house, bringing it full circle.

As women we know it’s hard, life is hard. We try to do all the things, make everything look all perfect. We all have stuff and are diligently trying to clear everything up and make it all nice and tidy, right?

“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.”
‭‭I Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭6‬-‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God wants the path, the stuff, so that he can help! You aren’t meant to do it alone.

This will used as a promotional video for our upcoming This Is Us Event on October 19th! You are welcome to say "yes" in any language!

Are you really saved?

What a powerful message from pastor this week. But something else stuck out to me from Wednesday night...

You have to forgive yourself for the sins God has forgiven you for.

So many times we can feel unworthy of God's love and like our sins or our past is too bad for Him to love and forgive us. But grace...

2 Timothy 1:9 NIV
[9] He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time

Sometimes we are standing in our own way of what God has for us. Confess your sins and turn away from your old life. God has already cast your sins as far as the east is from the west. We are his daughters and destined to do great things for Him.

There's so much planning going on behind the scenes to prepare for our YES conference. We have an exciting day planned for our COTR Ladies!

CONTINUED SELF REFLECTION FROM MONDAY NIGHT. Take time to ask yourself these questions, then ask the Lord to help you in revelation.

From Sis Jennifer’s teaching on Roots;

*Do I truly understand the reference My Roots and how they affect how I respond, live, be? *What am I allowing to nurture my roots?
*How does the Word define my roots?
*What can I do to give of my roots to help develop the roots of the next generation?

What an incredible night of teaching from Sister Jennifer at Lynn's Lavender Field . On our second night of teaching, we learned all about our roots.

In a quote from Desmond Tutu, "You don't choose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you are to them."

Roots. It's who we are. It makes us...us. Your roots give you a solid foundation in who your identity truly is. Our roots are a record of who we are.

In Romans 8:14-17, we can read how we belong to God. We are his children, and our roots are in Him. We are all made for a reason. We all have something to offer that would help someone else.

We are not called to be someone else's perception, but we are called by God. He has a design for our lives, no matter what the world tries to say or what box they try to put us in. The devil may whisper our insecurities, but our roots are with God. We are a new creation in Christ. We are not what the world has spoken over us, but born again or "replanted" thru Christ.

We all have our family roots, maybe some roots that we aren't very proud of. However, we also have our spiritual roots. Our calling as christians is to spread more roots of God in others. We must reflect on what we are spreading out to the world. What are you giving to those around you?

Spread the roots of faith and not of doubt. Spread the roots of love and not of fear. Spread the roots of kindness and not of hatred. Spread the roots of humility and not of pride. Spread the roots of Christ!

We can't wait to see all you ladies for our final night of teaching on September 9th. Also be sure to mark your calendars for a big day on October 19th. See you all very soon!
