It has taken us a couple of days to gather our thoughts…

We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved instructor, Linda Steele II, has passed away.

She was not only an incredible instructor but also a very sweet and deeply loved member of the dance community. Her passion for dance and her kindness touched the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Linda’s legacy will live on through the countless lives she influenced and the joy she brought to our studio. We will miss her dearly and remember her fondly.

(June 1) Tomorrow we are holding regular classes
(June 3-6) Monday Through Thursday we will run regular classes
(June 7-8) Friday and Saturday we don't hold any classes because we are rehearsing at the theater.
(June 10-15 ) NO REGULAR CLASSES
( June 17- Aug 17) Summer classes

We are excited to celebrate a special milestone with one of our own, Cameron! From the time she was a little girl dancing in our studio to her dedicated work at the front desk, Cameron and her family have been an integral part of our community.

As she graduates from high school and embarks on new adventures, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for everything she has contributed.

* Santia La Trice Andrews won 2 Choreographer Awards!!

* We were invited to compete on a Royal Caribbean Cruise (to the Bahamas)

* Our Mini Team swept 1st Place through 5th Place and became 2024 Regional Champions

Congratulations to our VDZ Dance Teams for their outstanding performance at last weekend’s Revolution Talent Competition!

Our mini team achieved remarkable success, sweeping the category with overall 1st place (Platinum/Excellence in Entertainment Award), as well as 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 6th place! Woohoo!

Furthermore, our All Stars team earned a golden ticket to the World Dance Championship!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

Today, we pay tribute to Tai Jiminez, the Director of Dance Theater of Harlem, who dedicated 12 years to dancing with DTH. Tai’s journey includes studying at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and the School of American Ballet, eventually joining the Boston Ballet as a principal dancer.
