While headlines like this one can sometimes be misleading, depending upon the severity of your injury, often times you can avoid surgery. The road to recovery is different for everyone, but surgery is not usually the 1st option.

If you didn’t know any better, you’d think pickle ball was invented by an orthopedic surgeon 😳 it's a great game and fun way to stay active, just make sure you stretch 1st, remember it's just a game and diving for that ball may not be worth it.

I know my OR staff deserves a treat everyday for all of their hard work, but at least we get to enjoy Melinda's delicious strawberry 🍓 and vanilla cake 🍰when it's someone's birthday! Thank you Melinda for spoiling us!
