Mike's vast experience spans almost three decades in the manufacturing industry. He has a wealth of knowledge in medical device manufacturing, engineering, and continuous improvement. He has been a leader in the implementation of highly successful and sustainable lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs. His most recent 16 year tenure was highlighted by the introduction of automation, robotics, and intelligent vision systems for machining, post processing, and quality inspection cells.

Mike's accomplishments have made a tremendous impact on the companies he has been a part of. We are extremely excited to collaborate with Mike as we embrace growth and go to the next level.

We are thrilled to announce that Keith Hilgemann has been promoted to the role of Senior Application Engineering Manager. In this new expanded role, he will be responsible for Application Engineering at all TOMZ sites. Under Keith's guidance, the Application Engineering team will be working on developing new processes, improving existing processes, and driving machining innovations to ensure we are top technological leaders in the industry.

Over the past year, Keith has been an instrumental member of the Big Lake team, helping to transform that facility into a top-notch process development center for TOMZ. We are excited for the future of TOMZ and look forward to keeping this forward momentum going!
