Month of April, QiGong and Healing Bowls at Toivo
April 11th and 25th.
Qigong is exercise comprised of a series of slow gentle movements that relax and help give a sense of clarity and peace. The practice helps to improve flexibility, regulate, and calm the breath to create more vitality.
Accompanied by Tibetan Singing Bowls, this blended class will help you relax, heal and connect with inner Spirit.

On the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, We are at Toivo, QiGong, with Sound healing Tibetan Bowls, followed by a guided meditation. Please join us from 6 - 7 pm. A new venture, just for fun.
I'll be at Cold Spring Brook Farm, 979 Deming Road, (Rte 160, going towards Rocky Hill) in Berlin on Sat. October 1st, from 11am to 2pm, sharing Tai Chi and QiGong! Easy Breezy... Stop by if you want to join me, and you can buy some great corn or other home grown vegies. See you there!

Hi everyone! Today at 1:00 pm we present our Tai Chi Workshop at Toivo Studio in Hartford, if you cannot make it today please come in for next week's at the same time. (pre-register with Toivo)
Although this workshop is recovery based, anyone can join in and benefit from the meditative and healthful movements of Tai Chi & QiGong.
