Thank you to St Paul’s Episcopal Church Congregation, Mother Suz Southern, and The Church Mouse for treating our teachers to a basket filled with back to school supplies. Worcester Youth and Family Connections Youth Camp had a blast this summer. And the Church Mouse of St. Paul’s Episcopal church were happy to give some financial support. The children are delightful and happy campers too!

Independent Retailer Month, part 27: today we're back on Maryland's eastern shore in the town of Berlin, just a short drive from Ocean City, to visit a different type of retail establishment.
The Church Mouse Thrift Shop of Berlin, MD has been a long-time fixture in the community, with a history actually spanning six decades and several previous locations. The shop is entirely staffed by volunteers, the majority being members of St Paul's Episcopal Church, alongside several helpers from other local churches, with profits given to outreach programs and causes locally, nationally, and globally. It's wonderful to see such a well-run thrift shop right on the main street of this historic town - stop by and see them on your next visit here.
