We were shocked but delighted when our playful offers on Twitter/X to Coach Dan Hurley—free wings, hot dogs, and pizza for life if he declined the Lakers' job—went viral. The amount of coverage and the enthusiastic response from the UConn community and beyond was extraordinary. Many of our customers shared that they had heard about our offers and joined in the fun. We know our offers didn’t influence Coach Hurley’s decision, but the unexpected attention inspired us to give back to the community.

All ticket sales for this event will be donated to the wonderful charity, The Husky Ticket Project. The UConn fan community has been amazing (that part is not shocking!) so this is our way of expressing our gratitude while helping young people become part of this great community.
