Aside from exfoliating your body with an exfoliating mitt, you can also remove even more built up dead skin cells, dirt and impurities stuck in your pores using a gentle scrub.
Clear pores = fewer breakouts, leading to healthier looking skin.
I personally like to use a homemade scrub using lemon, sugar and coconut oil 🥥

Exfoliation stimulates blood flow, which in turn boosts collagen production for younger looking skin. Bonus: use a dry brush before your shower for even MORE exfoliation. Dry brushing also helps release toxins in the body.

✨🩷 BETTER ABSORPTION OF PRODUCTS
What’s the point of applying all these high end spray tan solutions onto your skin, if your skin desperately needs a scrub ? Or all those luxurious skincare products if the product isn’t even going to be absorbed into the skin?
The product will only cling onto the dead skin on the surface and can cause more breakouts. Exfoliating helps free your clogged pores of dead skin cells so your serums and moisturizers can pe*****te deeper in your skin!

I am 33 years old and my birthday is November 23rd 🥳 Full blooded Sagittarius ♐️😈

I was born in Colombia, but have lived in Los Angeles almost my entire life. Recently made the move to Rockville about a year and a half ago.

I am a first time mom to a beautiful 5.5 month old named Camila. My little piglet 🐷

I have an amazing, supportive husband and the sweetest 6 year old stepdaughter 💖

I have the cutest, chonkiest Frenchie named Enrique (Kiké for short) 🐾
My other fur baby Barnaby crossed the rainbow bridge a few months ago and I miss with all my heart 🌈

I am addicted to chocolate milk and drink 3 glasses a day 🙈

And even though I’ve only gone once since giving birth 😂 I love hitting the weights at the gym 💪🏼

I LOVE salsa dancing 💃🏽

And I’m a huuuuge sports fan! 🏈 ⚾️ 🏀 I played softball for 9 and on my free time, my husband and I play on a few coed softball teams 🥎

I’ve been spray tanning for about 3 years and I absolutely LOVE IT! I also do teeth whitening/gems and permanent jewelry 🌟
I currently share a studio in the heart of Bethesda with three amazing women!
