The older I get, the more I relate to the villains in Disney movies.

~ AVOCADO, MOZZARELLA & TOMATO GRILLED CHEESE ~
Pairs well with whites...🥂
*INGREDIENTS:
1 glass white wine
½ sliced avocado
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 halved cherry tomatoes
2 slices thin multigrain bread
Salt & Pepper
Pat of butter
*DIRECTIONS:
Have a sip of wine
Butter the outsides of the bread
Put frying pan on medium
Place one slice buttered side down in pan
Layer the cheese, tomato and then avocado, salt & pepper
Place the other slice of bread on top- butter up
Flip after a few minutes
Cook each side until golden on the outside, gooey in the inside
Enjoy with your wine🥂
