During our trip to Malaysia, I was inspired by the different types of kuih( is a Malay word that represents various delicacies ranging from cakes, and pastries to any kind of bite sized snacks) . One of my favorite during our breakfast served by the hotel chefs is cucur badak ( rhino fritters) - no rhino!! It’s a delicious Malaysian snack that combines the sweetness of mashed sweet potatoes filled with some turmeric toasted coconut. It’s vegan and also I made it gluten free too and this will be available this coming Monday, Oct 28th pop up

We are back to Pa and enjoyed some fall weather and beautiful fall foliage views during our yesterday private event. We will start up our very first pop up on Monday’s next Monday, October 28th. It’s bitter sweet the trip to our hometown and nearby countries had came to an end. Much needed after over 10 years. Great to caught up with loved ones and friends

We were happy to reconnect with previous teacher( who came back for a visit in Penang too, Roy’s cousin and Jenny’s brother n family who are also visiting Malaysia and just arrived couple days ago
