A revision case of existing veneers , here’s what I did :

1. Bite Raise, by making the lower teeth longer I’m able to improve function , jaw position and make the upper teeth appear less “long” because the edges of the upper teeth remain within the lower lip line.
2. Expanded upper arch form , by adding volume to the porcelain I made the smile wider and improved lip support.
3. Tooth anatomy, I added increased reflective surfaces to the teeth leading to greater vibrance.

3 year post op on minimal preparation to close spaces, correct alignment and natural enhancement of color. When designed correctly and executed at an elevated standard this treatment lasts a very long time, and in my opinion looks better over the years.

The aesthetic concern in this case was to create a bigger fuller smile , functional issues were, damage from a poor bite.
