Nina Marino has been invited to speak at this year’s American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section’s 8th Annual Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute. The conference is being held on September 7-9, 2022 at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia.

This year’s program will cover a number of white collar topics to include a 10-year retrospective of white collar issues and a look at where we are now (Nina's panel!); an ethics and professionalism panel discussion with Judges from the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia; a Sentencing Guidelines panel; a discussion on Monitorships; highlights from the Consumer Protection Branch (CPB); a Health Care Fraud panel session, a U.S. Attorney’s roundtable discussion; and more.
