At this year's Spring Forum, NSR had the honor of bestowing the Life Member award to Jason Parisella, Keller Williams Realty Evolution.

The Life Member Award recognizes an active member of the association who has served as a role model for professionalism in real estate for at least two decades and has a long and established history of outstanding service to the REALTOR® association. Over their career, they have been a game changer in one form or another.

Jason changed how the association viewed investment in the REALTOR® Party. Beyond that, he set the example of what excellence in investment looks like. He is one of the only NSR members to have ever been a President Circle Investor, the first to be a Crystal ‘R’ Major Investor, and come May his name will be immortalized in the RPAC Hall of Fame in DC.

Since 1990, Jason has served on 35 NSR Committees, is a multiple time chair, and even took the role of NSR President in 2012. As a broker, hundreds of agents have benefited under his leadership.

A new sales tax on homes layers more costs on fixed income earners whose wealth might primarily reside in their property. This could disincentivize seniors from selling at all, making the inventory shortage even worse.

2023 marks Linda Turcotte’s 12th year participating in the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk, and 10th year as Team Captain of the Maurine & Patrick’s Troopers. Linda walks in memory of her late sister-in-law Maurine Turcotte who lost her almost 6-year battle with breast cancer on April 22, 2013, at age 51.

All the funds raised by Linda’s team for this year’s Walk will go directly to support the research of Dr. Harold Burstein of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
