We are looking to hire a full-time Carpentry Team Lead / Carpenter to supervise our carpentry team with the performance of various remodeling projects. Are you an experienced carpenter? Are you looking to advance your career with a well-trusted design-build remodeling company? QUALIFICATIONS

-5 years of carpentry experience
-Ability to read and understand architectural plans
-Technical understanding of residential construction
-Experience with complex projects and ability to problem-solve
-Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
-Ability to regularly service client sites on the North Shore
-Ability to learn and utilize technology in the organization and production of jobs (specifically Co-Construct)

Our office is located in Beverly and this position will cover Boston's North Shore. This position earns a competitive wage of $35-$45 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.
