Peyton says, "I love doing OTF with Jamie because she motivates me to work harder and it’s so much easier to show up every week!" Jamie adds, "Having a workout buddy is key. Peyton and I push each other to run faster and lift heavier every class."

Some advice from Coach Dylan:
👟 Get steps in by a workout or a walk after dinner on rest days
💧 Always have a big water bottle on hand
📖 Read before bed instead of being on your phone

Ian joined Orangetheory as a founding member of OTF Sudbury 🇨🇦 in 2021. Despite undergoing a challenging surgery, he never gave up hope of returning to his favorite workout. Throughout his recovery, OTF Sudbury kept him connected and feeling like a valued part of the orange family. Beaming with joy as he handed over his medical note, Ian was cleared to take classes again! Ian truly embodies our mantra of More Life. Welcome back to the Orange Zone, Ian! 🧡

Everyone, meet Halle 👋🏼
Halle is a 7th grade teacher and is enjoying her summer off by joining the Push30 challenge! She is planning to accumulate 7k steps a day, 30 minutes of no screen time before bed, and 5+ minutes of mindfulness a day
Halle is completing the Push30 for the first time because she needed the motivation this summer and the coaches made it seem like fun! She hopes to form new habits!
