To all my amazing clients now and to all my future clients, I am sending this out as an official cancellation/no show policy. Due to high numbers of last minute cancellations and no shows i set in place this notice that i will be charging every client that cancels within 24 hours 50% of their service and every client that no shows will be charged a 100% of their service. In order to book you are required to insert card info in case of either occurring. Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand life happens and things occur keeping you from making it to your appointment and in case of certain circumstances i will be understanding and consider other options as that time comes. But overall i just ask for the continuous love, respect, and understanding that i have to set this policy as this is a small business and my sole income.
