we are a father and son hobbyists. we raise Meat Rabbit, barnyard mix Chickens, Pure Royal Palm Turkey's. soon we will have duck available.

So we recently purchased a small dehydrator. We made a small batch of quail Jerky. So here in the future we will be working on various types of jerky. Rabbit, turkey, duck, quail, and chicken meat.
