Some others may be fresh but you’ll pay sometimes 2-4 times as much and the portions are tiny. I hope they can introduce a restaurant someday with the same quality. Love this place! My go to items are the pure yellowtail and salmon nigiri, yellowtail and scallion roll and eel roll. I stay away from all the crunchy and deep fried stuff. To me that’s not pure sushi."
