Yesterday I was honored to see my name in the top 5 in the region for home sales in 2024. 71 gross sales and 63 Net sales this year so far. This career is not for the weak! The highlight of my day has been calling my 4 Georgia homebuyers that closed today to congratulate them. I didn’t get to travel over there today but they were all happy and appreciative of my service to them. I’m all smiles.

Today I spent the day perfecting my craft and sharpening my tools. I cannot impress upon you enough how important it is to be present in training rooms related to your industry. My world of sales was turned upside down today and in a positive way. I am excited about the new opportunities coming my way as I implement the strategies discussed today. I have been to many trainings but Cannonball Moments is top of my list. S/o to Chad Sanschagrin for the amazing material shared today. I am so glad I was in the room and I know the ROI is going to yield massive results.

Tonight I got my push to go even harder. A few weeks ago the regional VP reached out to me and asked me to attend the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association event. Of course I agreed because I am always ready to network, learn from others, etc. I had no idea I would be honored tonight along with some other deserving real estate sales agents in Georgia. When asked how many homes I sold in 2023, I have told people about 75. Well tonight I was honored with Rookie Sales Agent of the year (as this is my 1st year in new construction) for 84 homes sold and over 21 million in sales. I also received the Highest Customer Service Ranking for customer surveys averaging 94% satisfaction from my buyers. I literally received my award and sat at my seat in tears thanking God for seeing me through and keeping his hands on me. Without God none of this would be possible. I am forever grateful for all of my clients and I do not take this career lightly. I love my family for putting up with me and my laptop working all types of crazy hours. Thanks to my village for the mentoring, encouragement, and support. I worked hard and have accepted the challenge to do even more in 2024.

I am grateful for the positions God is putting me in. I am #5 of 10 in the entire southeast‼️ Everyday I work hard and encourage myself. It is certainly paying off. I will not stop until I am # 1.

I had the opportunity to attend a wonderful event on yesterday. Women At The Forefront: Empowering, Leadership, and Diversity… what a heavy yet dynamic topic. Montiqua Pettway thanks for the invite and sis you already know you rocked the moderator role. I am proud of you as always. The panelists were awesome and very transparent. I gained nuggets and a few reminders. It is always good to get out network and hear from others. I am happy I had seat at the table. I left there more empowered.

Today marks my 1st year as a full time realtor in new construction! I am so happy with my faith leap. This was one of the scariest decision I have ever had to make in life. I simply did it scared. Doing it scared led me to getting licensed in Georgia and selling homes in unfamiliar territories. It has allowed me to excel in so many areas of my life. I was able to add investment to my resume. All very uncomfortable yet rewarding. So with that being said here’s to another year in new construction.

I am grateful for those who have trusted me with their new home purchase. February was a great month. As I approach my first year in new construction, I am reflecting on the faith move I made. I made this move not knowing if and when my next decent pay check would come. I completely trusted God as my faith was being tested. I must say he is faithful and I give Him all the honor and praise.
