Per Mayor Woodfin, the City of Birmingham curfew is set to expire Monday June 8, 2020 @11:59pm unless any bad intent occurs during that time. So everyone please act civil so we all can get back out and play. The Upper Deck will only be open for business from Noon to 6pm during curfew period. We intend to resume our post pandemic schedule on Tuesday June 9, 2020 @ noon. Love & Peace to all!

The Upper Deck will close at 6pm daily until further notice to comply with Birmingham state of emergency order. We ask all to comply with just this one rule ...”The Golden Rule!” Love & Peace to all!

We plan to soft open May 18 on a limited basis for remainder of month. Our employees and guests being safe and feeling comfortable in returning to a social setting has & is our goal. We will meet or exceed all health guidelines as we open in a post pandemic world. We will ask for everyone’s help in maintaining a safe & healthy environment but we also believe that none of us can live our life being afraid of an enemy we can’t see! Thank you for your support. Public Notice: To comply with Jefferson County COVID-19 pandemic mandate... effective Tuesday March 17, 2020, The Upper Deck will cease all operations in an attempt to assist in "social distancing". We hope that all in our community stay safe as we ALL strive to contain and eliminate this terrible virus. While we're concerned with this mystery virus... we're also concerned with the financial hardship to everyone working in the bar & service industry. We pray for the day to come soon when socializing is fun & legal again. Much love to all!
