We specialize in classic American baked goods with a twist and nostalgic favorites reinvented. We bake everything from scratch using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We hope to build relationships and ties with customers, vendors, businesses, and friends to create a stronger Detroit, one pastry at a time.
