BABS Salon & Spa is a newly renovated, upscale, full service salon and spa. Located in Birmingham, MI, we value providing guests with the ultimate relaxation, wellness, and beauty service experiences.

We are currently seeking an Energetic and Passionate Massage Therapist that will embrace our philosophy. Our new talented Massage Therapist must be a team player, focused on career growth, and knowledgeable of trends in therapeutic massage techniques and spa body services. The right candidates should be experienced in providing a variety of massage therapy techniques such as Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Lymphatic, Sports and Swedish massages.

Competitive commission and rent options are available. There is opportunity to earn product sale commission as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current State of Michigan Massage Therapy License

* 1 year or more of experience preferred, but recent graduates welcomed to apply

* Must have a professional appearance and demeanor, as well as positive/friendly attitude

* Excellent communication and guest service skills

* Needs to be punctual and organized

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

* Must provide quality consultations, understand guests' needs and suggest services that directly address them, and perform exceptional services requested in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
