Patriciaās life was a daily struggle before finding Pathways. She worked every day and still found herself without a place to call home. Patriciaās daughter and granddaughters have also experienced homelessness in recent times. They were able to secure housing, however, the youngest granddaughter, Demeatrice, is still enrolled in our Early Learning Center while her mom finds new childcare. The Early Learning Center has been a much needed source of stability in Demeatriceās life. She has been a wonderful student and has learned so much! Patricia says that when she is at Pathways she feels safe, happy, loved, and cared for. Her favorite part of being at Pathways has been connecting with other women who she can relate to. Patricia says that Pathways has given her the strength to move forward and the courage that she can achieve her goals! Patricia has a message for women experiencing homelessness and all women: āIt was God that opened this door for me to come to Pathways because I was not sure what was going to happen next and I got that call and it has been a total blessing. I want every woman here and women living on the streets to know that there is a God and he loves you. It may look hopeless but have faith, he will help you.
