The Rental Fee is $500. In order to book you must put down $100 (non-refundable deposit) which goes towards total. You will also have to pay $50 security deposit (refundable if no damage) upon booking to secure your date. The remainder of the balance is due within 48hours before your event date. Once payment is in full there will not be any refund given for any circumstance.

When booking Da Kickback the individual booking will have to provide a copy of their hard copy drivers license or ID. There will be a walk through given before the event. The person booking is held liable for any damages. I ask that all trash be removed to the dumpster in the back. All other items food balloons debris etc. should be removed.

If the event space is not clean prior to leaving there will be a $100 cleaning fee so please once the event is over all items need to be removed. You will not be able to come back the next day to obtain any items left behind.

As a courtesy to others booking events after you we must stick to these strict guidelines.
