HEY BHAM! Starting tomorrow I’m teaching a public yoga class twice a week at in downtown Birmingham. It’s a gorgeous space and amazing views, and I’m really excited to have the opportunity to teach.
Join me every Sunday morning from 8:45-9:45 am and Tuesday evening from 6-7pm for a drop in rate of $10. Just show up! No yoga experience required, this will be a super beginner friendly class.
