GLC Women’s June Book Reading-The Guiding Light Church Women’s Ministry is hosting their June book reading. 🌿

During the month of June, we’ll be reading “The Garden Within,” by Dr. Anita Phillips! We will have two sessions to recap the book. 🌿

The first session is on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 6PM. The second session is on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at 6PM. 🌿

Both sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Participants will receive Zoom meeting information via email after registering at the table. 🌿

This is a 40 minutes of prayer and devotion, every Saturday morning from 8AM-8:40AM.

“Meet Me at the Well” – Sisters in Christ, don’t miss “Meet Me at The Well!” The class will be every 1st and 3rd Sundays from 8:30A.M. – 9:30A.M. With a video recap on the Wednesday following the 1st Sunday of each month.

Participants will need to purchase the Esther workbook, “It’s Tough Being a Woman” by Beth Moore for the series. Limited copies will be available in the GLC bookstore. Children’s Church will be available.

On Friday, October 6th, the opening night of the UNLEASH Women's Conference, we will premiere an original stage play called "God's Favor".

You don't want to miss this! Not only will there be an inspiring message in this play, but you will experience live music, comedy, and dance!

Synopsis: The play is about a choir that is entering a singing competition. The members of the choir are experiencing challenges in their lives. This is impacting the choir as a whole and their chances to win the competition. You have to attend to find out what happens!

She is the founder of the international ministry Broken Crayons Still Color. After the general session ends, we move over to the Gold Room for a formal luncheon and fashion show. There is also a youth session for ages 3-12!

Sunday, October 8th, our First Lady, Minister Pat Bruce Lowe, will be our Keynote Speaker! She will bring a powerful message for such a time as this!
