Can you think of any special women this scripture reminds you of?
Women are like flowers
Blooming where we're planted
Most beautiful when we are cared for
Providing life to those around us
Grateful for the windows of sunshine
But soak in all the rainy days
Women are like flowers
Each uniquely placed
Supplying sweet nectar to those who bring a sting
Refreshing to the air, easy on the eyes
Soft & gentle, yet deeply rooted
Even if they sway, they do not blow away
Women are like flow
Cheddar Bay biscuits but BETTER! Gotta add some parm!

Wellness is a L I F E S T Y L E. I need to keep a stash 😮💨
In honor of “World Mental Health Day” a friend asked me how to go about getting an annual mental health check up. I thought this was a great question and thought I would share my advice.
“I would say first start with finding a primary care physician, family doctor, gynecologist (if you’re a female), or urologist (if you’re a male) who offers services that align with your values. Best standard of care says that we should be visiting one of these physicians at least once annually. I would encourage you to talk with your doctor about your mental health concerns. There are few assessments that your doctor can choose from that provides them insight into what level of care you need based on your response to a few questions. However, I always say seeing a therapist is just good practice. It’s best to build a relationship with and see a therapist regularly as a preventative measure. Our mental wellbeing has a huge impact on our physical health. Let’s normalize including therapy as a part of our health regimen.”
If all else fails, and you have bad form and no trainer & injure yourself. After going to the doctor and getting cleared, you know who to call. I specialize in facilitating the body to heal itself through the art of massage.
Or on the other hand, you have perfect form and execute well but don't like that rewarding sore feeling from putting in all that work, still pull up on me so we can get that sorted out so you can get back to it w your muscles revived.
Call for an appointment or use the link in my bio 🫶🏾
Looking for an challenge to complete this ? Look no further! I've also added some tips on how to squat preventing injury. is the homie 😆
Nonetheless, I'm nodding off making this post so I'll start tomorrow and add whatever I missed today🤘🏾
Also tagging reputable trainers. If I didn't tag you, I either didn't know your ig, or couldn't remember or just am not sure if you're (still) training or accepting new clients. But please add yourself in the comments below.
It's officially 🐒🦖🏋🏾♀️
Anybody need an accountability partner?
I really don't think I have to explain to you why you need a massage, but here's a few reasons
1) IT FEELS AMAZING
2) Relief from chronic pain
3) It helps facilitate your body to heal itself by aiding you to be in a state of "rest & digest".
4) Though, you may feel like you want to take a nap after, it also gives you a kind of energy due to the increase in blood circulation
5) Because the nature of massage includes lots of stretching and lengthening, muscle tissue, you may experience better movement and flexibility
6) It's a nice way to care for yourself which few of us take out time to do. Reward your body for all it does 💆🏾♀️
We hope you all enjoyed the long weekend! We are back In Session today 🤩
