We are looking for a reliable Medical Receptionist. The applicant will be responsible for helping with the day to day operations of the clinic. We are a busy medical clinic with one physician and one physical therapist. The office hours are Monday - Thursday, from 7:30am to 5:00pm. The applicant must be reliable, able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and work well as a team.

The office is open Mon- Thurs from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, closed on Fridays. The two secretaries rotate between opening and closing shifts, with all staff off on Fridays. This position requires a person that can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Include:
o Scheduling appointments
o Answering phone calls
o Taking messages
o Verifying patient information
o Verifying insurance information
o Setting up new patient accounts
o Managing the medical records
o Handling faxes and mail
o Ordering supplies
o Balancing cash box
o Filing charts
o Getting patient rooms ready
