Had such a great time taking family from Texas to Shadows on the Hudson! They loved being able to visit Kennedie’s home away from home and of course the restaurant! From start to finish - it was such an enjoyable and fun time! 💕

Kennedie is so excited to welcome her new Baking and Pastry Assistant Isabel to the Shadows on the Hudson family! Isabel is an associate graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has been training with Kennedie for about a week now. Both are lucky girls to have one another to work side by side with and I know how happy Kennedie is to have found such great help! Kennedie said she is the best! 😊

These girls were both busy making 200 beautifully plated Black Forest desserts for an event that was held this past week!

Look at these beauties - WOW!

Our family had a wonderful 7 day Eastern Caribbean Cruise on Carnival Mardi Gras! We enjoyed the beautiful views of San Juan Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Grand Turk! 🌴🌊☀️🏖️

So thankful Kennedie was able to get the time off from work to make forever family memories! 🙏🏻

Kennedie baked for days in preparation for the Easter brunch and dinner at Shadows on the Hudson! 👩🏻‍🍳

1,200+ people were served yesterday! 😮 So much time, effort and dedication by the entire staff to make it a beautiful and delicious Easter for so many families!

Even the Easter Bunny made a special appearance during the brunch! 🐰
