Sunday night was such a special time at our Annual International Welcome Dinner! 🌍 We had the joy of welcoming new and returning international students for an evening filled with amazing food, laughter, and connection. It was a true celebration of cultures and community as we gathered together in fellowship.

The August Men’s Breakfast was a wonderful time of fellowship, devotion, and laughter. Apart from being physically fed, the group enjoyed being spiritually nourished from God’s Word (specifically Jeremiah 13: 1 – 11). Join us for the next one on September 28!

We are thrilled to celebrate Kinsley Tate, one of our dedicated youth group volunteers, who was recently spotlighted by Virginia Tech for her outstanding work as an instructor! Kinsley's passion for teaching and serving the next generation is truly inspiring, both in the classroom and here at Northstar. We are so grateful for her commitment to making a difference. Surprise! Our Summer Seminary continues for one more week! Join us this Sunday as Scott Metz wraps up our discussion on predestination and free will. Don't miss this final opportunity to dive deep into how Scripture reconciles these principles.

In this final message of our series on "How to Be The Church: Living the New Life," Jeff dove into what it means to be a Spirit-filled Christian. Just as Jesus was led and empowered by the Holy Spirit, so are we called to live out our identity in Christ. Let’s continue to reflect on how the Holy Spirit transforms our hearts and empowers us to live with purpose and grace.
