What do we do when we can’t find the perfect home for a buyer that’s currently listed on the market? We go find one! This buyer knows where they want to live but nothing is on the market in the area. We reach out to homeowners in the area with criteria we’re looking for in hopes that we can make a perfect match with a current homeowner looking to sell to our buyer. Sometimes this market demands a little creativity and proactivity.
