Summer is fully underway and we’ve been cranking out our award winning BBQ.

The clear leader this summer has been pulled pork followed by brisket and then ribs and chicken which got me to some thinking- what’s the best thing you’ve had at Smokeout?

We always ask what people like and they have always said brisket then pulled pork.

We have a wedding coming up that we’re catering for and the couple asked for BBQ seafood so we wrapped some scallops in bacon and smoked them.

Pro tip. Next time your smoking meats at home- throw on some shosh*to peppers tossed in salt/pepper/oil. Healthy snack to munch on while you wait for the main course.
