Out with the old and in with the new. A little update to this farm house from our Black Label Collection. Large planks with a 28 mil wear layer that carries a lifetime residential warranty make a great combination for any house with a lot of traffic. The extra wear layer thickness is also great for homes with pets of all sizes. Sometimes we’re even lucky enough to have those furry friends “help” us install.

Small things matter when it comes to each customer. A natural concrete look on this floating bench was just what the customer was looking for. Creating accent pieces out of concrete is always fun. Handmade, one of a kind additions like this make our day. Possibilities with sealed concrete are endless!

What an awesome end result on this walk in shower! Collaborating with the customer from bare studs to the final step we were able to design and construct a beautiful walk in. Niches are always an item to catch the eye but this shower really showcases them!

Had the pleasure of finishing off this homes new addition for RL Acker Construction this week. A custom walk in tile shower with 6”x24” wood grain porcelain and matching 2”x2” mosaics for the floor and accent row. Another round of our shop special, 65 ounce carpet in Quiet Neutral color for the master bedroom and they’re about ready to settle in!

Dropped off a pretty cool poker table today. A first for us in this particular project. Trying to make the European mount silhouette not be the “center of attention” but still be a feature in the table. The bullet edge is something we love getting to work with. An old wire spool turned this concrete top into a pretty sweet table!

Something that we value greatly is being sent pictures from customers that show us flooring or concrete we installed and hearing they are enjoying it. We don’t often get to see a room after it’s furnished, or tables when they are set after we complete a job and move onto the next. Small things like this make us love our job. This piece was a rough sawn 4”x4” cedar frame with a 1.5” dark brown concrete top. Looks great at its new home. Thank you Mike and Jodi!

We had the pleasure of creating this awesome custom concrete fireplace for two of our favorite customers. This was a fun one to be a part of, we also had the pleasure of providing and installing their awesome new floors, Kalos Stone luxury vinyl plank.

This project was an amazing transformation and we were fortunate to be able to help out with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile, carpet, and concrete counters and vanity. It all looks awesome! We are lucky to have customers with such great taste and get to turn their ideas into reality.

What a fun project we were lucky enough to be a part of recently. After pouring a concrete countertop a little over a year ago we were able to help this customer with a manufactured stone fireplace and a customized one piece concrete hearth!

We had the pleasure of doing some work on a Chippewa native's awesome new build over the winter and the results were great! This is some of the custom concrete work we were lucky to be able to do for him. This project was fun because his home is one of the most unique and awesome builds we've been a part of, and we were glad to be able to contribute our small part to it.

Luxury vinyl plank has certainly established its place in the flooring world, and with good reason! Carpet, however, will not be left in the dust! Bedrooms, family/living rooms, and stairs are excellent candidates for carpet installation. Carpet stairs in particular are pet friendly, especially for dogs!
