may be our most improved athlete of all time! Untrained upon his arrival, Garyn now boasts a 125lb weighted chin up and recently went sub-3sec on his 25yd sprint! He has consistently been a positive force in our gym for just over 3 years now, and we couldn’t be more proud of his efforts💪 Keep up the great work, Garyn!
Throwback to .__o working on his clean technique over the summer! He has worked extremely hard to rid himself of lower back pain, and has even added inches to his vertical while training in season through baseball and football season!
