🐵Preschool gymnastics!!
At Gym Skills we offer preschool gymnastics classes where students begin their gymnastics journey!!
😊Gym Explorers (3-4.5 years): This is our 35 minute class where students are building their foundational skills and strength. They are developing cartwheels, balance on beams, forward and backward rolls, and how to have fun moving their body!!
🥰Gym Adventurers (4.5-6 years): This is our 45 minute class where students continue building their foundational skills and strength. They are beginning to learn how to do more of these skills on their own and developing body awareness! As well as enjoying the benefits and fun of gymnastics!!
